    @BissetMark @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Thanks for the advice mate. I don’t have a computer and the TV is the other side of the room. However, after many phone calls and threats of not paying for a rubbish service plus cancellation ! @VodafoneUK finally found the problem to be in the “green box”! So all sorted now 👍

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes thank you I have done that, but on my Sky app there used to be button to get in touch by chat or on phone it is not there so how do I resolve this issue?

    What I don’t understand is I live in rural England, my broad band with @BT was abysmal, slow , problematic and hard to get customer service whereas when we had AOL for years we had no problem / good service and now @SkyUK since 2015, great speed / no problems. Same place!

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks Elle I only watch tv in the evening so will try this evening . By the way my mobile contract is with EE and they have notified me of problems in my area ( am signed up for it) that surely wouldn’t affect my viewing

    It’s been a while, but time to call out @SkyHelpTeam but this time in relation to their #SkyMobile support. After a very long and painful ordering process, the online registration process is not working and there is a 45 minute wait for phone support 😡😡😡

    @Annette1Hardy Ah my commiserations, that is the problem with these apps , you can do things but not the really vital ones. I think they have reduced the manpower to speak on phone thinking this app is best🙁 I have found only @SkyHelpTeam and the @NatWest_Help the best. Good luck

    Annoying @skyhelpteam provide the wi-fi at the station but didn’t bother to ensure any mobile signal for Sky mobile customers, becoming increasingly annoyed at how crap the coverage is with Sky Mobile

    @SkyUK Been with them since 2001 as an employee (left that awful company 2008) price increase every year - too many offers for new customers yet existing ones get nowt. Cancelled subscription now on firesticks with far more content for less price! Get rid of it as it's a rip off

    @tiatto1 @SkyUK @skytv The tv is great,but it’s the software & the internet connection issues that sky have.The pucks use WiFi bandwidth & when they don’t work you are told to turn off items to have such as echo dots etc, then sky want you to pay for a service they haven’t trialed properly. #shambles

    @SkyUK Makes me laugh. They recently tried to put my internet up by £8pm, which was £10pm more than new customers pay. When I called I was told "You're a VIP for being with us for over a decade". If that's how you treat your long-standing VIPs then...

    @SkyUK @talktalk Back in August I moved my broadband from Sky to talktalk. Sky are now saying they were still supplying me with the service up until Sept and if I don't pay up they will get debt collectors in. 1/2
