@SkyHelpTeam The problem is that both mini boxes freeze and/or go mute for seconds or minutes when first switched on. Sometimes it lasts 10 mins. Occasionally it lasts over an hour.

@jeffharris_665 @SkyUK 5g is quick but it gets a poor signal in bad weather in the winter time you may struggle to connect at all. I believe it will revert to 4g if the 5g cannot connect and 4g is an acceptable signal for most things though.

@SkySports Maybe if the media was more professional and didn’t make the athletes have to explain every error or decision it wouldn’t be an issue. I’m old enough to remember when the media was courteous to athletes. Now they exploit everything for the $$$
