@SkyHelpTeam I have tried via this route, telephone, live chat, messenger and speaking with the value team and each time getting a different price even when I was promised that quotes would be saved! Anyway, customer down now!!

@SkyHelpTeam Unfreezing, playing, freezing and so on. It’s not only this channel it’s sky in general and the broadband. Router and box has all been reset etc. happens minimum once per day. If anyone would answer the phone I would like to cancel as this is not a service worth paying 150£+ for

@drummerJoshG @SkyHelpTeam Tbh mate i would normaly cancel it right after the last race of the season and that was it next bill it would be gone. I would then have to put up with a load of calls asking me to add it to my package again with cheaper offers. Would then just add it right before the season

@SkyHelpTeam No answer ? You, openreach and the other isps need to stop treating our communities like we are idiots. The service has never been right and because we don't make enough money for your companies we are unlikely to get a upgrade. THAT IS NOT RIGHT.
