    @SkyHelpTeam for the love of god help me please, my sky q box won't connect, we had a broadband issue 2 days ago and since then my sky box hasn't connected to anything.. reset the router the main sky box and my sky q box. Nothing ;-(

    @SkyHelpTeam We cant get through to anyone. The home broadband is down and my wife is a civil servent, recognised as key worker and she is working from home. Secondly you have changed our monthly charge without any notice. I cant get in touch with anyone to ratify this.

    @SkyHelpTeam Joining Sky has been a nightmare. Ordered TV and Broadband in January. Broadband not installed until end of February. TV not installed until end of March. Numerous missed appointments. And no response to my letter of complaint. Also, still no £100 Mastercard referral award.

    Switching broadband providers from Virgin Media to Sky is proving to be such a bad decision while trying to work from home these last 5 weeks. Multiple connection drops every morning. It's a poor situation when tethering to your phone data is far more reliable. @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam Given the number of people reporting issues I'd suggest you should be taking this feedback to your Tech Team now, rather than waiting for users to flag an issue individually. Clearly a wider issue here. Just my 2cents, but that's what I'd be if it were my Clients complaining.
