@TalkTalk Not had any service yet! 😊 Was supposed to be activated on 14th, been told the box outside my building needs to be repaired - though BT was working fine before they turned me off that same day - and will take a few days to fix apparently... Bit frustrating!

Cancelled @TalkTalk today after well over a decade as a customer- a day of celebration - they were as rude as ever on the final call, kept me on hold (just for old times sake) and are holding me to 30 days cancellation notice even though I'm not on contract. Good riddance.

So @Talktalk is down and I NEVER get 4g with @o2 in my area. Cannot wait for both contracts to end to change them. I’ve been with o2 nearly all my life and they have went from the best to the worst! So disappointed.
