    Luxury problem I know but. Modem was to be here 29 Jan. #yodel couldn’t find my flat three times. I changed address to work. They tried sending it my flat three more times but I was at work. Asked #talktalk to step in. 10 days today and no internet. Gaaaaa

    Great deal for @TalkTalk super fast fibre for £21.95 a month unless of course you're an existing customer where you're charged an "admin fee" to upgrade despite being a loyal existing customer committing to another 24 months!

    @TalkTalk anyone experiencing a sudden crap internet just after refusing their offer to upgrade (and to stick with them for extra 18 months?) Just curious to know if in the only unlucky one. I find hard to believe this is pure coincidence.

    @TalkTalk my email has been hacked by someone called cezsar Gimenezz and is sending emails in Cyrillic script. There is now way I can change my password and all emails are being forwarded to them. This is a complete disaster and has disabled my @amazon account. HELP!

    Another week leaving an elderly man on his own isolated because you can’t seem to fix a simple landline. One person fails to book the engineers appointment and then when you promise it’s booked, IT DOESNT GO AHEAD. What is wrong with you Talktalk?!?!

    @TalkTalk crashed 3 times again today, messing up the children's online schooling. Over the last year crashed more than once a day. Disgusting service!
