@TalkTalk hi are you aware of any problems in the CM8 1PW area? My grandmother's broadband has been down since about 10:10 and unfortunately I can't get there to diagnose. So just wondering if you have had any other reports of problems?

@TalkTalk Not sure how to DM you. My mother is with TalkTalk - phone line dead this afternoon tho it has come back again. This has happened 3 times this year and it is very hard to find someone to talk to who can sort out the problem quickly. She is 93 and is on her own much of the time.

@TalkTalk No I'm good. If you try and "fix" it anymore I'll be back to no internet. I'd rather have a barely functioning internet that no internet at all.
