    @TalkTalk my broadband has been broken for a week now, and have only *just* been able to get an engineer's appointment, after being told twice that it would be booked (and only discovered it wasn't after calling to check).

    No one has mentioned compensation (I work from home and am utterly reliant on WiFi), and the only option I was given was to terminate my contract. Which only benefits you as I know have -80 pounds on my account for all the BT WiFi I’ve had to purchase to Any help @TalkTalk ?

    @TalkTalk Worst company I have ever had to deal with. Bereavement dept are appalling. I can’t say in words how angry and upset I am. I’m amazed this company has any customers left.

    @TalkTalk What help? After staying on calls for an hour, multiple cold transfers to get a simple billing error rectified my call was dropped yet again. What’s happening with talktalk? Pathetic
