    @TalkTalk i had an email on 22 Mar saying prices would go up - gave me option of upgrading to fibre 65 at same price. I thought i had done that but it appears I'm still getting my slower service and paying more for the privilege. Can any one help?

    @TalkTalk I am still without telephone and internet. I have just been talking to the call centre in South Africa which was mind numbing but they blamed the telephone exchange and said it is an Openreach problem. Can someone here sort this out please
