    I’ve just spent another two and a half hours on chat to @TalkTalk technical department after they got back to me, having dropped me mid—conversation last Thursday. Answered a lot of questions that I had previously answered. They claim to have fixed the problem. I live in hope.

    @TalkTalk my advice to AVOID talk talk. I am talk talk customer - poor Internet service l. Called them so many times but all in vain. Internet connection drops several times a day. They do not have any clue.

    @Walt3rHunter @TalkTalkGroup Did you try @TalkTalk page, supposed to be help. Online chat help told me I wasn’t entitled to one even though upgrading package then tried to sell me one. They might ask for dm if they reply.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup if you’re going to outsource staff to South Africa, make sure they haven’t worked for Telkom. Because damn, they’re just as incompetent.
