@TalkTalk Day 4 of paying for a service. This is absolutely not good enough. At a time like this, we are totally disconnected from family. I’m not able to FaceTime my mother, who’s at home alone with 2 broken ribs. We need this sorted today!

Dido Harding is in charge of the UK government’s “Track, Test, and Trace” service. She was the CEO of TalkTalk when they got hacked in 2015 and had no idea whether the customer data was encrypted. (Astonishingly, she has a degree in PPE - not the equipment one - from Oxford.)

@TalkTalk curious as to what financial penalty you'll face with regards to poor service? Since we as customers face a financial penalty if we break our contract surely the same should apply to you? You've broken contract by not providing us with the service we paid for 🤔

@TalkTalk just got an email about the price increase the factors it doesn't work and paying for nothing I've had the router changed and still nothing I'm happy to use the phone phone I'm not getting the speeds that I was meant to I get a red light on the router have to reset

@TalkTalk have been trying to cancel broadband services for 4 months on behalf of my elderly mother. have emailed 3 times, have also posted a letter, phoned your call centre 7 times & sent some of your employees direct emails via Linkedin.still getting bills. make it stop!!!

@TalkTalk I have DM you I'm spent £90 on a phone credit and this matter has not been resolved if you can't give me the service then terminate the contract I will return the router if you send return bag with post label I would take to post office

@TalkTalk I’d rather not as since I posted this you moved her appointment back to the 14th. Absolute joke especially as the engineers were outside her property a few days ago ensuring that there was light and the joints were live. Oh sorry did I fail to mention my hubby is a ceo engineer

Once again my awful TalkTalk broadband has failed. So I post this via my phone. What a completely useless company @TalkTalk is. I dread calling them, it wastes so much time. I have to retain the account unfortunately. I don't have the time to sort it this morning. #TalkTalkMisery
