@TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

@TalkTalk my elderly parents have had mostly broken broadband and phone for nearly two months. An engineer said he could not enter the property without clearance and was never seen again. Today they had no Internet until 3pm. This is not acceptable.

@TalkTalk Internet down from 6am this morning. Call from mobile were to costly to speak with someone. Opted for a chat with Nicole on live chat and was told that it was at a cost of £9:29. So no service and paid for the privilege. Feel let down.

@laurencec123 Talktalk basically doesn't exist they just buy wholesale services from BT and sell them under their own brand Also I've heard bad things about their customer service from a disturbingly large number of sources
