    @TalkTalk Hi I just left a live chat our phone line is not working at all it’s redirected to Talk Talk the phone bill comes out by direct debit and last payment went out on July 31st plse deal today as lines are not open until tomorrow it would be most appreciated Broadband ok

    @TalkTalk 10 weeks to wait for a broad band install with no service at all. @OpenreachHelp finally arrive and they have “no modems” in stock so they can’t fit it. Full fibre will be another 100 years at this rate.

    Hi @TalkTalk is there an issue with broadband in HP20? My internet has gone down for 2-3 mins at roughly 5-10 minute intervals for the last hour and a half. Extremely annoying when I’m trying to work online 😒

    @TalkTalk Our phone line seems to be faulty. It is ringing on the receiver of the phone when I call the number but not ringing on the actual phone so no customers can contact us. How do I report the issue please

    @TalkTalk @talktalk online chat this am informs me that cannot tell me how much I would be charged if I need to cancel my contract in a few months time - the amount is "computer generated" at the time. Not very transparent is it??? 1/2

    @TalkTalk Hi Noluthando, we've called that number over and over. If we say we're calling about a bereavement it tells us that it's best to call back later and puts the phone down. If we say we want to cancel a subscription it says it will transfer us and then puts the phone down???

    @DawnieDove @DrewWildgoose According to information from Ofcom Shell Energy have Not signed up to pay Compensation for Poor and Loss of Service. But the major broadband providers who have signed up, include BT, Hyperoptic, Sky, NOW Broadband, TalkTalk, Virgin Media and Zen.

    @TalkTalk , is there any chance I can get my landline sorted out please? I have spoken to 7+ people/bots and still no joy, the scripted convo just goes round in circles. I have no mob signal so if a family member has a medical emergency I will have to leave them to call for help.
