@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk trying to contact talk talk about upgrade..no online ordering, phone number doesn't work and no contact numbers....not impressed. How can an internet provider not have online ordering/help? 😖

@TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

@TalkTalk hi I have an open complaint since 19th Jan your engineer visited on 2nd Feb and suggested an openreach engineer as the issue is outdoor. Numerous attempt to complain on live chat have yielded no results please help

@TalkTalk Please & urgently. With all due respect, it the site states internal infrastructure upgrade with services down between 00:01 and 05:00, and not my switch area, yet im affected, and 6 hours beyond that time frame still no service, then this needs priority

@TalkTalk recommended you to my sister and shes been let down 3 times for an 'priority' engineer appointment, with them not showing up and no communication whatsoever! Personally I'm not too impressed and clearly neither is she!!!

@TalkTalk my friend has a 6 yr old boy and needing schoolwork that requires internet, been witout for 3 days, got told yest by advisor to 'just deal with not having service' 👀😳 oh and i have that call recorded if you need it @talktalk 👍 still not getting anywhere and being told excuses
