    @TalkTalk Ok Andy. Today I decided to swop the BT line in my annexe (I pay bill, it’s let) to Talk Talk. It’s a separate number separate Line and yet I’ve spoken to four different people who cannot seem to help me. Why the confusion? Same postcode same surname seems to be prob. Who phone?

    @CatrionaShearer @virginmedia Left Virgin last year because of this very issue. Now with @TalkTalk and had no issues since moving.

    @TalkTalk If anyone cares, after they asked me to contact them via DM, they told me exactly the same, just to waste my time. They said, "we're breaching your contract terms, increasing your price and we'll fine you if you leave" If you didn't already know Talktalk were ****, now you do.

    @TalkTalk Spoke to someone last night. Told to like it or lump it and if I change providers, I'll have to pay an exit fee. Disgusting to treat a 16 year customer like this. This is the second price increase on a FIXED PRICE contract. Competitor deals are nearly £10 a month cheaper.

    @TalkTalk How do I find out if the wifi is down in my area, my router has an orange light on it and I tried restarting it but still not working and can’t find anything about it being down??

    @TalkTalk Just changed my broadband to talk talk 2 days ago and although I am happy with the speed and its much better than my previous supplier vigin, I may have to cancel (14 day period) due to virgine medias $226 cancel fee that I cant afford to pay. I'd appreciate advice o this.

    @SkyHelpTeam i am paying £45 a month for nothing. i did not know your wifi is worst than @TalkTalk wifi.

    It's 2022 right? It should be easy to close utility accounts online, without waiting hours to get through to a call centre. @edfenergy have been amazingly helpful so far. #stars @TalkTalk have been totally rubbish, have to raise a complaint to close an account.#idiots

    @TalkTalk thanks for the appalling service, engineer didnt show up the second time, please value customer's time, waited for 6 hr slot on 2 separate occasions & no one showed up to install fibre.

    @TalkTalk I have been trying to contact you guys over the phone (after being on chat for 40 minutes to tell me something I already knew) but I keep getting told to phone back later as there are issues your end. My WiFi isn't working and router is flashing orange.
