@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk Left now but having your reps not lie to customers about getting a bad experience somewhere else, deliver a base level of customer service that doesn't involve just hanging up on people and giving people the speeds they pay for would be a start.

@TalkTalk Why is my 83 year old neighbour paying talk talk 60 plus pounds a month yet her Internet hardly works and she barely uses the phone... I'll tell you why. Because talk talk are bloodsucking charlatans and the worst ISP there is I'm gonna help her switch to a less unscrupulous mob.
