    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup . Broadband was supposed to start yesterday 9th, 'error on the system' your end. I now have to wait 3-5 business days for the fault to be found. Potentially without any service for a week..very poor service.

    @TalkTalk Ok my mum phoned the support line. Got given 7 more days on the extension. Got cut off by the agent. Now another agent is saying she can't have the 7 days. She is panicking because of your poor customer service. I'm disgusted.

    @VeepaLeStat Best I had has been Virgin media and been with them longest (questionable customer service though plus they try double my price after a year). Worst was TalkTalk and EE. But they are all ***!!!

    @TalkTalk But if your system is down you cannot provide any information at all. What is the point? Also your system is down again. You are an internet provider, why your system is so bad? Is it an strategy when people call to cancel?
