@TalkTalk Don't worry, after three days contacting with your costumer service, apparently now the problem is in my router, and tomorrow (4th day without internet) someone is coming to fix it. 4 days where I couldn't work. Not acceptable in all this situation.

@TalkTalk Your customer service is absolutely abysmal and useless, you lie and are dishonest. My broadband installation was meant to be on 05.1.22 but still waiting, not an email or phone call from you..all they care about is customers’ money.

To add insult to injury @TalkTalk cocked up her once free local calls and she was charged a fortune. After informing them she was leaving we get told if she goes there is a £175 charge! 10 years.. What a way to treat an 84 year old lady. Avoid #talktalk at all costs. Crooks!

@TalkTalk disconnected us for a month due to their negligence. Told us we’d be reconnected on the 11th. Engineer did nothing. Told us they’d send an emergency one round today. Never turned up. Told us we now won’t have wifi for another month which has caused a huge loss of income

So @TalkTalk, I'm currently tethered to my iPhone to access the internet at home because, despite resetting the router three times and a call to speak to someone at your organisation, your home broadband service just isn't proving reliable.

Well after 10 years as a loyal customer of @TalkTalk my mum has left. The worst customer service ever!! No Internet for a week. Been overcharged for years apparently. Today they disconnected her TV! A totally shambolic company. #talk talk
