    @TalkTalk have an absolute cheek. Connected on a Monday, broken by weds and cancelled by Friday as unfit for purpose yet still you hound me for money! Go away!!

    @talktalk can you kindly stop sending me emails demanding money you aren't owed that give me no option to reply. You expect to ring your call center and be kept waiting for hours at a time and still no resolution. Don't ask me to DM, that leads nowhere useful! Call me and discuss

    @TalkTalk i had an email on 22 Mar saying prices would go up - gave me option of upgrading to fibre 65 at same price. I thought i had done that but it appears I'm still getting my slower service and paying more for the privilege. Can any one help?

    @TalkTalk No, that's a lie! I've fallen for that before. You eventually direct me to a chain of phone calls that lead nowhere. I did three days worth of being your engineer, to fix th problem. Then a further two days calling numbers and getting nowhere. Instead of email, RING ME.

    @TalkTalk shocking service, just tweeted issue been asked to dm, I have done,asked to follow link to verify account which asks for enquiry password ? Didn’t get one? Asked what to do via dm ... ignored. Another hour of my life wasted . Please please provide customer service !

    @TalkTalk I sent all my details already and I'm now receiving calls and emails from a debt collection company was with talktalk for years and as soon as I try to cancel I get problems.

    @TalkTalk I tried using Nvidia GeForce Now today, but had packet loss issues. A bit of searching turned up a lot of TalkTalk customers on forums complaining of the same issue, as you throttle bandwidth. I can't wait until January when I'm no longer your customer. Worst ISP ever!

    @TalkTalk You can't legally transfer to a new address when you have not exchanged contracts on it. I cancelled due to bad service. Part of the exit script was to have to return equipment I have paid for or be charged again for the privilege of buying already. What a joke TalkTalk!

    Not a good experience with @TalkTalk today. Long wait times, unhelpful staff, kicked from web chat. Broadband customer for four years and we are being asked to pay £56 to leave. Poor!
