    @TalkTalk Becky. This problem was first reported by affected dial.pipex users on the TalkTalk "Community website shortly after it started at 10.00 last Friday. I'm staggered that it has taken 50 hours for it to be made official. How will we be notified when service is restored?

    Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

    I'm posting my problems with TalkTalk to emphasise my point that the railway social media teams are ahead of not just other transport modes but other industries. The e-mail problem affecting me began at 10.00 on Friday. It finally appeared on the TalkTalk service site 45 min ago.

    @TalkTalk New customer here. No engineer turned up for the appointment, service went off yesterday and now nothing works. Faster 150 Fibre. Call centre leave me on hold for 30 minutes so I can't do anything. Currently it seems that I am paying for you having removed my service.

    @TalkTalk Yes, the inability of my e-mail account to receive messages since the so-called "upgrade" at 10.00 on Friday. I have a pipex.dial account. Can you tell me when I will be able to retrieve my e-mail? And why have customers not been contacted about this prolonged outage?

    @CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

    My partner has been trying to cancel his contract with @TalkTalk for 58 minutes so far today and they have been completely unhelpful and transferred him 3 different departments. This is not acceptable and part of the reason he wants to leave. Appalling customer service.

    @TalkTalk idk what u think ur playing at my granny has had to deal with 11 hours of no wifi and she has had to play the same level of tetris for 10 of them hours!!!! your customer service is unbelievable and she can’t even contact you on her wifi compatible nokia brick!! how dare you rlly!

    Dreadful customer service from @TalkTalk they messed up my bill and over charged me. Won't reissue bill told me I have to pay it and will get a refund next month!!! Disgraceful @MartinSLewis so cancelled direct debit until they can sort themselves out.
