@TalkTalk slow everything for a year and can't get in my account reset 3 times wasted an hour! and can't find a number to call you and your online chat are too busy! So good old Twitter might you respond to this- contract may not get renewed in May !!!

@TimInSuffolk Thanks for that. Yes I was aware that TalkTalk was hacked at one stage during her time as CEO - I was a customer at the time, do not feel that CEO can always be held responsible for a hack, many companies have been caught out once, not all admit it.

Hello @TalkTalk. We reported no connection yesterday morning. Your help centre have done nothing about the ticket for 24 hours and now finally instructed an engineer to attend within 48-72 more hours. We work from home, one in a key services provision, and this is unacceptable.
