    @willgoring I have been trying to get a new router from @TalkTalk for about a year. They train people to block their customers, plus their staff in call centres abroad get off on being rude as well as totally unhelpful. Don't ever sign up to TalkTalk.

    Can anyone at Talktalk answer my question. I've just signed up for Fibre 65 (max 67mbps). Received a confirmation email which tells me I'll get max 38.6 mbps. Why ? No one on the support side seems to be able to answer @TalkTalk

    @The_Reviewist I had nothing but trouble with TalkTalk a few years back. Line slowed to dialup speeds, they wanted £125 to send an engineer out to look at it, I said no and asked to cancel and they wanted a few hundred £ cancellation fee. Thankfully, a complaint to Ofcom changed their mind.

    @TalkTalk My broadband engineer was supposed to be here yesterday but never turned up, my fibre 150 still hasn't been setup. Ive rang you multiple times, Openreach havent provided you any deadline yet. I'm literally a new customer in limbo!! #Shocking

    @janekwrites @TalkTalk I can’t recall! The real issue for me has been speaking to people and being kept informed. Eg, today a guy came to my home - I had no warning and it was v lucky I was in.
