    @TalkTalk Don't worry, after three days contacting with your costumer service, apparently now the problem is in my router, and tomorrow (4th day without internet) someone is coming to fix it. 4 days where I couldn't work. Not acceptable in all this situation.

    @katieclark2000 @TalkTalk Exactly, I was trapped for this company as well in Switzerland 🇨🇭 I move to the Czech Republic 🇨🇿 and the 5gb abroad I never manage to use and they do tests and say connection is great. And they keep sending me bills without have the service. Disgusting .

    @TalkTalk over 2 hours in hold for order management and keep getting cut off. This is absolutely awful. I signed another 18 month contract In June that didn’t work so they did it again in July and now it’s aug and I’ve had another huge bill instead of the £22 one I signed for
