@TalkTalk 4 complaints deep and still no help. It’s almost like you don’t want the custom. Ignored emails, ignored live chats. It keeps going. Zero escalations after we were promised it. We will be coming for our compensation. Easily the worst customer service we’ve ever had.

@virginmedia @TalkTalk Can you provide 1gbps or close to it for CV10 8QQ. Been 5 years with these jokers at @virginmedia who can't even get may account set up at the correct address and in doing so are messing with my credit record? Is your customer service still as bad as this? No? Switch?

@TalkTalk And I have DM you to be told to go to the service centre and log the issue which I have but nothing is being done about it. I want to make an official complaint and will terminate my contract unless something is sorted quickly!

@TalkTalk Good Luck everybody. My 90 year old mom's internet has been down since 20th November. When you read this Talk Talk dont ask me to DM you ..I've spent 2 hours back and forth and still not resolved.

Is there anything more annoying than trying to communicate with a #broadband provider using #LiveChat. Every time it's an absolute MISSION and takes HOURS. Especially @TalkTalk and @virginmedia - they are by far the worst. 😭
