I've gone round in circles since friday morning - each of them doing something different that has supposedly fixed it! Not one has said there is a fault! I've asked for a phone call...

    @TalkTalk I’ve just moved and my service, which was turned on two days ago, is on and off. I’ve a new hub on the way, which I know I don’t need. Can you explain why I get two hours a day only of broadband. Not the best service for a journalist on deadline

    mum changed our internet provider and now talktalk have just cut us off completely until the new one starts feel like i’m 15 doing everything on my phone, feel like pure shit just want my macbook back

    @andywills1999 @TalkTalk They knew what was going on when they took the direct debit out of my account yesterday. They'll not be taking any more out of it as I'll be blocking payments until the service paid for is received!!!!

    @TalkTalk Loyal customer here. TT told us email August 2022. DO NOTHING IT SAID! We value your custom will continue to debit £23.99 per month. Not the case!!! Have tried every way to get response re this. Bank issued charge back & cancelled DD. Please contact us to discuss .

    @NottCaro @SteveJ1611 @premnsikka We had copper connection through TalkTalk (never again). After multiple issues wiring inside house was replaced. Nothing changed & eventually connection died, Openreach refused to investigate line from box to house, I took TalkTalk to Ofcom & won. Now paying Virgin way too much😡

    @RupertBarnes1 @TalkTalk I managed to set up a new account with TalkTalk but still remains to be seen whether I’ll continue to be billed by SSE. I would encourage @TalkTalk to ensure SSE letters are updated with working phone numbers and the entity situation clarified to all customer service assistants.

    Oh my god @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup your staff are shocking!!!! Sat on the phone with them for over half an hour for them to just hang up on me! Ridiculous!!

    @TalkTalk I need you to cancel the subscription to Netflix and refund a payment that should not have been taken, as this should now be bundled into my new package with you (which I have paid for). Your company has successfully blocked all attempts to contact them-so far 🤞

    @TalkTalk shame on you! An elderly man left without a phone because your people cannot talk to one another and fix the problem. BEWARE EVERYONE of this terrible company!!!
