@TalkTalk So the promise that prices will never increase during the duration of the contract was a misleading sales pitch, surely there are regulations that protect consumers from this. Broadband usage has increased due to Covid and this has been used as a way to increase profits

A technician came round yesterday to fix my internet for a very important (and expensive) conference @TalkTalk I now have NO internet and after spending an hour to customer services I’ve been told that I have to wait until the 8th June to have this fixed! #badcustomerservice

Don't ask people to pay bills when the service they get is diabolical. Sort it out. every flippin half hour and stop calling telling me internet is going off in 4 hours, im sick of it. @TalkTalk
