2 days and nothing but problems with @TalkTalk internet and router. Constantly crashes and having to reboot. This is not the service I pay for 😡😡, knew I should’ve left when I had the chance.

@TalkTalk Having jumped through hoops yesterday, my 80 year old father waited in all day to greet an engineer,who didn't show up to fix his Wi-Fi that has been down for a week.Utterly disgraceful. I would like this resolved tomorrow at his convenience please 1/2

@TalkTalk I want someone English-speaking to contact me trying to speak to somebody 5 times in the space of 1hr still not dealt with my query this is not acceptable. Must be the worst customer service in the history of any organisation. Absolutely furious. Sort it now

Thought switching broadband would be easy @TalkTalk put me straight. Worst service ever. Hours on the phone, passed from dept to dept with the most torturous hold music known to man 🤯 and still no one can help me. I can’t even cancel my order (that I placed 6th Feb). #useless
