@KimGuest @virginmedia Just checked @MoneySavingExp and found I can get the same download speed and unlimited for £20 with talktalk... only issue is new 18mo contract if I’m not gonna be staying here! My Virgin’s rolling now so 1mo notice - guess could take talktalk to new place though!

@TalkTalk I just gave you the account number... Please dig deep and come back to me. You have all my details. You guys forced me to stay without broadband for your 30 day notice without trying fix my service. So do some bloody work rather than being in the social media pretending angels.

@TalkTalk Can't believe how shocking the service is from Talk Talk. I cancelled back in July and have call recordings and chat screen shots to prove it, yet they are still billing me and now passed the amount on to a debt recovery service.

@TalkTalk No point sending you a DM. You don't do anything about it. I've been on the phone to every different department and still nothing happens. They either just pass you around the world or cut you off. I'll just come here everyday to complain so people can see how bad you are.

@TalkTalk Been in touch again today regarding having no internet for past 9 days. Pursued all communication avenues. “Shortage of engineers” and “we use 3rd party” not good enough. Being able to communicate with TALKTALK quickly is no help if no resources to fix problems. Bad.
