    @TalkTalk I have been waiting over a week now for my WiFi to be turned on and still have nothing. I have been on the phone this morning and was cut off in the middle of my call. If I don’t get anywhere today with this I will be looking to cancel my subscription.

    @TalkTalk is officially d worst company n worst customer service in d whole world.This is purely for my experience of waiting for engineer to connect my new line. Customer service agents rescheduling my appointments without consulting me.Happened twice. I'm going back to plusnet.

    @TalkTalk She can only call you on her mobile because your landline / broadband service has failed. She cannot wait the two weeks you typically take to resolve this so she is going to migrate to another provider. To assist with this she needs to confirm the Line Code (beginning with UWB)

    @TalkTalk get a grip of yourselves and stop giving my 75 year old mother the run around. It should not take nearly an hour on the (mobile) phone to get her Line Code. She can't do this online because your broadband service has failed. Sort it out immediately.

    @TalkTalk Your UNLIMITED broadband is so LIMITED, it's cutting me off every 5 minutes. Still no new router & as you can't compensate me until after YOU fix the problem, I'm still paying for a service I'm not getting!! Bah humbug!!

    @VodafoneUK TalkTalk were confused. "But you kept the landline number, they must have been notified of the cancellation because we took the phone line away from them" I'm also confused, as the Vodafone C/S I'm talking to had just said "oh yeh I can see the line is inactive" so WTF LADS.

    @TalkTalk But can I be refunded as it was your faulty equipment. the advisor suggested I went down this route once the router had arrived and issue was resolved

    Very infuriating experience with @TalkTalk at the moment, no internet for 10 days due to their faulty equipment at exchange - forced on to fibre as no replacement kit in stock. Really bad customer experience. #talktalk #CustomerServiceWeek

    One good thing for both Vodafone and TalkTalk though, given that neither have stellar reputations: I have had zero problems getting through to them on the phone in the evenings which presumably is peak. I was on hold for about 2 minutes tonight, think that's the worst I've had.

    @nataliewood @TalkTalk My account was locked as a result of this, Support wasnt doing anything over 30+ days since first reported. All access denied , I was so confused not until someone referred me to Unitask_assist on Instagram who help me to reactivate it so of course they can help.

    @TalkTalk Hi, I have had broadband issues for two days now. Router is on but flashing orange continuously for the last 24 hours, hard reset has not worked and all cables are connected, nothing has changed on my end recently. Leek, Staffordshire Moorlands area.
