Appalling customer services by @TalkTalk and @OpenreachHelp . Appointment booked for between 13.00 &18.00 today to fix a fault as no broadband since installation on Wednesday. Had a text at 17.08 to say they missed my appointment and are not coming? It’s not even 18.00 yet!!!!

@TalkTalk Summary: mum left because of price increase. Then had issues changing provider. I spoke to TT agreed new cheaper tariff for 18m. Then process to rejoin. Mum doesn’t use email. So now set up to send me. But was charged more than double agreed tariff. So trying to find answers

@TalkTalk Worst ISP i've come across. On a good day I can't upload photos & watch TV at same time. Lost service yesterday, told it could be 72 hrs (today informed that's working days, so 6 days). Absolute joke! Sending this via carrier pigeon too in case you use your own network.

Only now to be told that my order was rejected I have received no communication from Talktalk that there was an issue with this order. There is also a complaint logged but this hasn’t helped at all. Time to leave

@TalkTalk absolute jokers, was promised fibre speedy broadband and tv channels. All we got was moaning engineers, and a tv box they couldn’t be bothered wiring up to the tv. Because you’ve broken contract I’d like out of my deal please. #talktalk #shambles
