    @tescomobile Hello Can you contact me please to get a mobile number topped up , I am on the isle of man so cannot call the top up line as no network as on isle of man .

    @tescomobile I do actually have a top up voucher that i purchased from your IOM Store in September but did not put it on the phone as dad did not go away .. However some of the numbers have faded and are unreadable .. Is there any way that £10 top up be used other i am £10 down already .

    @tescomobile after over a week I’m still waiting for an issue with transferring my number to Tesco mobile to be resolved! Disappointing that this hasn’t been sorted yet despite numerous calls 😬

    @linda_whyman I used to be with Virgin broadband who were terrible. Moved to EE a couple of years ago and have no complaints. Also we’ve had our phones from TescoMobile for some years and have generally found them to be helpful & fair. (Ps I do not work for these companies & am not paid!)

    Anyone else having massive issues with @tescomobile? For days now I've had no internet whenever I'm not on WiFi and no signal to make or receive calls or texts either. And no, I haven't run out of data...

    @Skreamies @EE @tescomobile sounds like a sim card issue. This happened on my mom's phone and Spectrum had to reprovision the sim card

    @tescomobile I've tried to log on to my tesco mobile account and you've sent me an email with a one time code but the email hasn't come through. I've waited 30 mins. Is there a problem? 😕

    @Janice_1968 @tescomobile If I'd known I'd never have moved. Almost 2 weeks of major inconvenience for my business and I have no clue when I'll be able to get things done. I can't believe how much this is affecting me. My only telephone communications have been with call centres in Africa. Infuriating!
