    @tescomobile hi is there any issues in Blackpool? Appear to be really struggling with 4g we have signal but neither of us can actually get web pages to open up.. nearly everywhere is order online!

    @tescomobile Answer phone ring only 10 seconds why ? I have been a loyal customer for many years. Reason good customer service. No Longer the case unfortunatly ! Overseas agents with poor accents. Overly complicated menu system. Wish I could leave without penalty

    @itsJade92x @tescomobile I’ve had the same issue too. I’ve contacted DPD and they said to contact @tescomobile but then tesco say to contact DPD

    @tescomobile your customer service is shocking. Currently can’t: Receive/make calls Receive/send texts Use data. After 4 store visits, 8+ calls to support and 8+ promises of a call back you have done nothing. 9 weeks & £70 = Waste of money and time Sort it out

    @tescomobile please place on record I requested today 11/05/2023 that an agent cancel my SIM in line with your peace of mind guarantee but was told I couldnt for 24hrs. Surely this is a breach of your own policy's. #CowBoys

    Do not join @tescomobile shocking customer service and technical incompetence. If you are already with them DO NOT LOSE YOUR PHONE, they make it impossible to get your number back
