  • O4NIA_Liv Beetle_juice (@O4NIA_Liv) reported

@tescomobile I don't have the sim card so I cannot recover the credit in anyway.. someone somewhere should be able to cancel both transactions.. I cannot accept this .. it's a lot of money!

  • HungerGames_mad laura (@HungerGames_mad) reported

@jojibitch @Apple @tescomobile Also they never said/it doesn’t say that the SE doesn’t come with one so if this was his first iPhone he wouldn’t be able to charge it

  • O4NIA_Liv Beetle_juice (@O4NIA_Liv) reported

@tescomobile Sounds like a back and forth between tesco and my bank , both saying they can't cancel the transactions ? this is not helpful. Let me reach out to my bank to follow up. Thanks

  • AzThornhill3 Aaron Thornhill (@AzThornhill3) reported

Is there something up with @tescomobile network? My messages aren’t working

  • O4NIA_Liv Beetle_juice (@O4NIA_Liv) reported

@tescomobile no it's not, it was a complete error. I am retrieving the cancellation code from my bank to help you to cancel this transaction

  • justinbowie1997 Bustin' Jowie (@justinbowie1997) reported

@tescomobile Thanks, can I DM you about this? The specifications in the repairs options don't quite fit my problem.

  • Kutiez2012 Kate H (@Kutiez2012) reported

@tescomobile This means that even as the person who set up the account and purchased these contracts I am unable to access my account without the help and availability of my children!

  • HungerGames_mad laura (@HungerGames_mad) reported

@tescomobile He’s going to be using his old one as he’s not paying extra for something that should come with a phone. Plus if not putting an adapter and earphones in with a phone to “help Apple’s cause” then that’s just stupid as they’re making them anyway, you just have to buy one separately

  • elliehaviland E L L I E 💛 (@elliehaviland) reported

why has @tescomobile got really bad recently? just me? I can hardly get a reception anywhere and my 4G is slower than a week in jail 😐🙄

  • richardsatwit Richard D Hallam (@richardsatwit) reported

@tescomobile Hello, How do I cancel my contract if I do not know the phone number concerned? Phone bought for mother who no longer uses same. I pay £7.50 on direct debit each month.
