@tescomobile my elderly mother needs an itemised bill from more than 12 months ago, help agent said it wasn’t possible. There must be a way short of a DSAR to get hold of her call data. Can you please suggest how she can get a copy (digital preferred but any format would do)?

@tescomobile discussed in your service ordered 2 sim only deals paid £14 upfront on the 11th of April called up on the 13th of April to cancel as u don’t do Wi-Fi calling was told the refund would go back into my account after 2 weeks but nothing !!!

@tescomobile had been asked politely to cancel the following contract 17090536 After being told it was cancelled it has now been referred to a debt collection agency. This is unacceptable! Nightmare experience even getting through to someone!!

@tescomobile @WhichUK @O2 This one location happens to be where I live so I think this is a big enough challenge as it is! To top off the crap signal my data hardly ever works as well. I want a reimbursement otherwise I'm going to cancel my direct debit until this is sorted as the service is inadequate!

@tescomobile Hi Liz, checked that service map and I should be getting 4G. I put my phone directly next to another tesco mobile phone, and that one has one bar of service as well as H+, but I have nothing on both of those fronts. Help. Thanks!

@tescomobile Hi, phone signal has been very poor around Dunfermline, Fife over the last 2/3 days - it causes issues when out working and requiring it consistently to make money. Is there a known issue in the area? Thanks

@tescomobile not at all happy after switching to tesco wish I stayed with EE. Signal is poor, I don't know if someone is ringing me when I'm on the phone. And now Smart View doesn't work

@Stephanie_Jane_ @tescomobile Both me and my mum had the same issue Stephanie and I had to port my number out from Tesco Mobile to a different network because the advisers on live chat, over the phone and on Twitter were not bothering to help. They instead fobbed me off saying "everything is working fine" 🤬

@tescomobile day 6 of no data now because you haven't ported my new number correctly. Absolutely no help given on live chat or DM. When I was told it would be fixed nothing changed. Might as well cancel!
