    @tescomobile Hi, I’m still waiting for a phone call for your customer services about unlocking my phone. I was promised a return call within 24 hours, now almost 2 days later.... still waiting.

    @iCrowby @tescomobile On mine now. The battery life is allegedly excellent. I have a work S10, but I want to turn it off sometime. My old S6 never had good battery life from new and on cell edge where I live it flattens in half a day. Enter the G50.

    @tescomobile I sent my daughters phone in to be fixed 16/12. I have had no news and no replacement phone on the pay monthly contract the phone is within 12months warranty. Is this typical service? Pretty poor tesco mobile.

    Can't tell you how fuming I am with @Tesco and @tescomobile bought a mollie from them with 6 months clibcard on it. I've never been able to activate it and now they are taking money from me. Whenever I call them they say they'll call back and never do What am I supposed to do now

    @tescomobile what a joke your roaming charges are, my wife is on the same end network (o2) and is charged 20p per MB where as you are charging £5 per MB. I know what I’ll be doing with my contract when it’s up shortly 👋🏼

    @tescomobile Not sure how, you customer service is awful, I am trying to deal with you teams following the sudden death of my husband and have been treated appallingly including having all our accounts cancelled and not returning calls.

    @tescomobile Hi Rob, no record if it on the repair track thing. I have called repair centre who said they have no update and that it must be the holidays that are causing a delay, but it was sent well before the holidays. Abysmal. I’m paying monthly for no service?

    @tescomobile It’s now 2 weeks since my SIM stopped working and you promised a replacement within 3-5 working days. This is now becoming exceedingly frustrating and not the level of customer service I expected. Not even Santa managed to bring me one. Please sort this out ASAP.
