    @williamshankly @tescomobile @Tesco I hear you, but it has taken me over a year to cancel. I didn’t expect anything from them, just thought it might be nice since they can easily see from records that Dad, 87, has been paying for a service that has been totally unused since mam died.

    @tescomobile worst customer service I have ever experienced! Faulty phone only replaced with a grade A replacement after being sent for repair 3 times (not a new phone, yet still under warranty) the replacement we received doesn't work neither 😡 shocking experience

    @tescomobile shambolic customer services. First send me a phone I haven't ordered, then charge me for insurance I haven't taken out, then nobody to deal with the issues.

    @tescomobile Hi guys ...I've just recently had a Samsung a22 5g from you and it seems to be having wifi issues ...one minute at home it connects to my bt wifi then the next it's the circle of death ...bt say its a phone issue ...any advice ? Maybe a setting ?

    @tescomobile Until they take £70 from you and then do everything they can to avoid paying it back. Never a manager available when you phone to sort our a problem. Highway robbers!
