@Butterballllz @TSB I mean I’m going to ask for compensation because the amount of times their app and website have failed and left me unable to access my own money is ridiculous! I called at 8am sadly and it’s now half past and I’m still on hold

@TSB your app is down again . This is so poor when I need access to my own money and still awaiting a bank card due to internet fraud charges on my account , which someone was supposed to get back to to me about but hasn’t … Time to change banks I think..

@TSB @kiraG021424 When aren't you experiencing technical issues?

  • DjFirestarr DJ FIRESTARR #ImNotNewToThis (@DjFirestarr) reported

Id just like to use my bank and MY money please if that is ok @TSB ? If you can fix your online banking / and also the app, that might be helpful.

  • haggis_nachos dejavu (@haggis_nachos) reported

Hey @tsb couldn't change money for my holiday tomorrow cos your app is unsurprisingly down again and I cannot shift money between accounts. As you shut my local branch, no option but to stick my spending on my credit card so you WILL be removing all the resulting charges. 😡

  • MisfitWarrior1 Jon (@MisfitWarrior1) reported

@TSB Your app is having issues AGAIN.

  • donbrownlondon donbrowndotlondon (@donbrownlondon) reported

The @tsb app has been down all day.

  • diormston Diane Ormston (@diormston) reported

@TSB Same typical standard answers you keep spouting for nearly 12 months. It would be more useful to be honest to your customers that you don’t know how to fix it and we could make an inform decision to change banks.

  • NorrinRadd NorrinRadd (@NorrinRadd) reported

@TSB @darrendevally By “some customer”, you mean 100% of them right?
