@TSB usual useless systems - a chatbot in your app that refers you to an email address. No one to call after hours when u keep declining my card online even though it’s fine . I told u this 3 days ago and phoned up . Service just gets worse . Time for a change #tsb

@TSB I have now managed, something was obscuring the message area and I removed it. My entire day has been ruined & I now face a further two weeks abroad where I am in doubt as to whether I can draw money & you offer no support won't even refund the 4 calls I had to make today!

TSB You should be ashamed of your customer care! Bounced from pillar to post and being put on hold back at the start of the queue when you change the department. You made the error, I shouldn’t have to live on hold trying to get you to fix it!! @TSB #shambles
