@virginmedia I think you have misunderstood my intent. I am telling you that your user experience is poor. I’m not reporting a disruption in the service, I am criticising it. Also, I am a customer, not a beta tester.

@virginmedia It's no worries; you have to update or fix things from time to time. All I know is that the internet and TV went down, your site said the problems would be fixed by 6pm and I signed up to be notified when it was sorted. The email came just after 6pm... Internet's still kapputt.

@virginmedia we have had Internet and TV trouble for weeks and now it's currently hours at a time. Yes least now it's acknowledging there is an issue in area but nothing seems to be a perm fix. Because it's only hours we are not compensated and yet I'm using my data up too.

@C1997Andrew I had virgin media once - now, if THEY tried to pay ME to use it I would refuse, one of a few worst companies I have ever had the misfortune to deal with, and their "customer services" are beyond unusable, they make every situation worse!! My opinion is - NEVER USE THEM !!

@virginmedia Wired connection. On previous instances we rebooted the router and it didn't solve the issue. The problems disappeared a few weeks ago but came back. This all started shortly after there was some work done by you guys in our local area. Since then it's been a mess

@jimpanzy @virginmedia There are 720 hours in a month. If your bill is £100 then you are paying 14p an hour. And that’s not considering that some of that bill is for broadband etc so its even less than 14p an hour. It’s been down for 12 hours so thats £1.68 you’re crying for. Typical Evertonian
