@virginmedia My parents were told that an engineer would be coming to fix the broadband line yesterday (after YOU, @virginmedia damaged the line in the first place) and nobody turned up! Then they were told this would now not be fixed until 29th November?!?

@virginmedia Ofcom is looking into this matter as I have trouble understanding the people in your Indian call centre and was promised a phone callback Within 15 minutes that was 3 months ago

Sorely disappointed in @virginmedia’s customer services!! My parents have been without Wi-Fi since October 7 and they rely on Wi-Fi to work from home and keep in contact with family. Totally unacceptable. They’ve been told the repair won’t be completed until end of November.

@virginmedia In addition, my parents have spent hours on the phone with your customer services team for them to offer zero support or alternatives to resolve this situation. A huge waste of time!!

@butcher809 @virginmedia It’s the O2 merger that’s killed it, they were always the worst for speeds and now virgins using their masts now we all get to suffer too. Definitely gonna avoid in the future, useless customer support too

@virginmedia I don't believe the standard of your service will be any better and certainly there's no greater speed than 500mb is there ? Should domestic customers receive a poorer service. That logic is shameful.

@virginmedia your app isn't working properly, your broadband(£50+ a month) has gone worse and my 5g S22 is lucky to get 3g . I ring up to try and rectify my issues but the line is shocking #NeverAgain
