@virginmedia They refused to tell me as they said it contravened GDPR rules, I asked if they could tell me the minimum I needed to pay so as not to involve GDPR. They weren’t able to help.

@virginmedia had packet loss for a solid four days now in the ST16 area (Stafford)…any chance of a fix? It’s impacting my ability to work from home and in the evening I’ve not been able to watch YouTube/Netflix/etc without it buffering constantly.

Update, automated phone message stating normal service should be resumed by 3pm. So @virginmedia will you be reimbursing half a days earning lost by three people in the house?
