    @virginmedia is the WORST service and Provincetown I have ever used and their customer service team is absolutely dreadful and can’t even keep up to date with when you have left the property. If you are ever looking for broadband- DO NOT GO HERE! #rantover

    @virginmedia Your less than helpful Cs rep said if we cancel today we have to pay a bill on 04/04/23 then another bill on 04/05/23 so not really 30 days is it you bunch of crooks trying to stop customers leaving. Sufficed to say the CS is non existent and all liars
