    @virginmedia Yes unable to use it. Wireless is very poor and was great during the first couple of weeks. Uploading is very hot and miss. Not happy considering I’m paying for fast broadband. My phone rarely connects to it unless I’m fairly close to the router. This can’t be right

    @virginmedia New one is I was hoping to sign up to some sort of TV package, but when logged into my online account it gives me a "oops" with no option, so I need to talk to someone. Experience with the number you have given me has been poor, I want to avoid it!

    @virginmedia stop constantly calling with silent calls and then cutting off, I've spoken to two people in customer service who advised no one has called. when I call the number back it says its virgin media. Terrible service

    @virginmedia No. I’ve been in contact and I was supposed to receive a phone call within 4 hours. This was 6 hours ago. Very poor service

    @virginmedia I have again received another bill increase of 3.50 a month just for broadband, no phone line and no tv, making my monthly payment 42.93 per month for a loyal customer this is unexeptable and a rip off its about time this government did something about this

    @virginmedia Hi - I did speak retentions but they only offered me £29 of current contract for 6 months. Wanted to change package totally and downgrade, was hoping for deal equivalent to new customer discount, as would be whole new package ( downgrading from ultimate oomph to big oomph)
