@virginmedia Unfortunately, you dont have a ticketing system or cobtact email to track issues, rather a phone system that requires you to wait forever to get through to an agent. A/c number: 095063606. I was charged x2.5 of what i was tp pay.

  • GodivaGuidedogs GodivaPuppyAppeal (@GodivaGuidedogs) reported from Nuneaton, England

@virginmedia Mainly because you’re now too expensive, called retention team and was offered a derisory £4 discount. Enquired about new streaming service, agent knew nothing about it

  • CaseyRain Casey Rain (aka S-Endz) (@CaseyRain) reported from Birmingham, England

Causing me to drop out of a work meeting once every 10 minutes. Oh, and Virgin tried to blame it on my hardware? Except... My neighbour is seeing the EXACT same thing. This wasn't happening before the outage. @virginmedia why am I paying you lots of money for a spotty connection?

  • EvanD Evan Davis (@EvanD) reported from Birmingham, England

@virginmedia Yes I’ve done that. My connection drops out for a minute or so every 30-60 mins. Hard to replicate. My account has notes regarding the reason why the credit was given last time. Ideally I don’t want to wait so long for the same issue to be fixed.

  • CaseyRain Casey Rain (aka S-Endz) (@CaseyRain) reported from Birmingham, England

Had an @virginmedia broadband outage on Sunday for 2 hours. Since then, connection so spotty that I'm getting 10 seconds of completely dropped packets followed by 20 seconds of slow-as-molasses ping times once every 10 minutes.

  • robchippyman Rob Chipman (@robchippyman) reported from Birmingham, England

@Tilton247 @virginmedia I had the same for 2 years. Constantly disconnecting on a daily basis . Changed the Hub and it worked straight away. No issues since. Good luck getting a new hub off them though.

  • Stephen12857059 Stephen Bennett (@Stephen12857059) reported from Birmingham, England

@virginmedia I called 150 today to speak to a Supervisor regarding my bill. I was told I would receive a call within the hour. NOTHING. I agreed a contract 18/8/22 and the last two payments have been £65 & £75 more than agreed. This is shocking customer care and service.

  • richardcbishop Richard C. Bishop 🏃‍♂️ (@richardcbishop) reported from West Bromwich, England

@Damien_Clyburn @virginmedia They're appalling. I've had business version for 10 years. BT never miss a beat. Outstanding. Get rid of them.

  • ________Danny Satish Danny Paul (@________Danny) reported from West Bromwich, England

  • GodivaGuidedogs GodivaPuppyAppeal (@GodivaGuidedogs) reported from Nuneaton, England

@virginmedia Even more reason to cancel, typical corporate strategy why offer people something cheaper in today’s economic climate when you can continue to rip them off

  • ChloeAnnaliese C H L O É 🔰 (@ChloeAnnaliese) reported

@virginmedia absolutely shocking service. My parents internet goes off and on constantly. Rang customer services to be told it’s a “blip” and there’s nothing they can do. Been a customer for over 25 years and treated like this!!!!!! #awfulservice #avoid

  • charlespR2D2 Pam Charles (MSc IT) (@charlespR2D2) reported

    @virginmedia It doesn't work!!!

  • GillianBower Gillian Bower (@GillianBower) reported

@virginmedia It had been linked to my account for 15 years, so this shouldn't have happened. Due to life being too short to spend trying to get anyone with any common sense at Virgin Media to resolve the other issues (40 hours in the last 2 weeks and counting) 1/2

  • GillianBower Gillian Bower (@GillianBower) reported

@virginmedia I'm leaving anyway. After I've filed my huge complaint about all the issues of course. Please advise how I raise that? Thanks 2/2

  • GillianBower Gillian Bower (@GillianBower) reported

@virginmedia It's been 15 years so I can't quite remember but it ends *@virgin.net. How do I file a very serious complaint to Virgin Media? An urgent one?

  • Wok7277 Lynne-marie C (@Wok7277) reported

@virginmedia Yes. Activated without equipment, thus resulting in no TV service...appalling as it happened last night. I'm in a chat now trying to sort it out. I can not get a straight answer, being told different things each time.

  • rainworthgord Gordon Foster (@rainworthgord) reported

@virginmedia Sorry but this doesn’t quite answer my question. Where do I log into my hub via the number you told me? Please keep it simple, treat me like a five year old, and don’t assume any tech knowledge.

  • alephnull42 David Strsss - @Strausss@mastodon.social (@alephnull42) reported

@virginmedia your 5 pound/day "business" service at Premier Inn Dartford DA1 5FX is unusuable slow - now below 0.5Mb/s - hotline is friendly but useless. I had faster internet in 2002 for heaven´s sake

  • AngelArcherLoL ~ Luci (@AngelArcherLoL) reported

VIRGIN MEDIA IS THE WORST INTERNET PROVIDER EVER

  • charlespR2D2 Pam Charles (MSc IT) (@charlespR2D2) reported

@virginmedia I have explained the issue to your staff. There is nothing you can do unless you can get a new hub brought to my home now. I've been repeatedly lied to. Not a way to run a business. I don't need a response
