    @virginmedia Can’t access my online account. Have tried on 3 different devices. Doesn’t recognise my username (email) or password. Won’t accept password reset and have been told I’m using correct login. Also want to have ihone unlocked, and was told it is by agent. It isn’t.

    @virginmedia you guys seriously need to improve customer service for UK mobiles. Can’t access or reset password to online account, long wait for customer service on phone and incorrect information being given to me.

    @virginmedia Something fishy going on, turn off modem mode, speeds good. Re-enable, speeds good, 2 hours later, back down to 50%.

    @virginmedia my dad has done a service check multiple times and called up but it still has the same problem and when I troubleshoot my wifi is will come up with dns problems or saying the default gateway is not responding

    This cannot continue @virginmedia. For 3+ weeks now my household has been played by unstable internet connections. This is not an acceptable service considering that the same exact problem occurred at the start of the year as well. This is stopping us all from being productive..

    @AmazonHelp Thanks for the reply but Amazon TV is only as good as the broadband we can watch it on, @virginmedia is awful & they never admit it or try to put it right, all they do is take our money every month & don’t give a s**t. @amazon you need to create your own broadband options 👍

    What is it with #virginmedia @virginmedia that means you cannot follow up on actions agreed after I have phoned you 3 months running about excessive over charging. You agree the refund and to correct my bill and then fail… Ofcom complaint now going in. @CISASUK @Ofcom
