@virginmedia Who knows but certain people with in your team have been very flippant about our situation and trying to palm us off with a 20pound credit. This is nowhere near acceptable considering the stress and upset your so called customer service team has put us through.

  • lbjdenny Leon Denny (@lbjdenny) reported from Ipswich District, England

@virginmedia Issues have been far from fixed!! My router rebooted itself 5 times today. This is not acceptable when I could be working on customer systems attempting to support them with their IT when I can't even rely on my own ISP to deliver a decent service is embarrassing!

Virgin Media Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • dr_insanity Dr Insanity (@dr_insanity) reported

@virginmedia Have spoken to tech support (took a while to find their phone number) and they insist that because the internet is working it's not their fault, so I should pay for "gadget rescue". The setting existed before the auto-update so I fail to see why I should be culpable for the costs

  • Arlowsky1 Arlowsky (@Arlowsky1) reported

@virginmedia Still not working, strangest thing my neighbor has virgin media and it's working fine for him

  • ColinJMorgan Colin Morgan (@ColinJMorgan) reported

@U2justmeKT @JonAshman2 @virginmedia You just need to login to your router and change the WiFi channel to another one. Probably all are on the default setting. Think of it like analogue TV or Radio channels. The range of WiFi is up to 100m in the open.

  • fonte1969 Gee Man 💙 (@fonte1969) reported

@virginmedia are a class act. They call to sell me a product but as soon as I go off script and mention a problem with one of their other media services the person cut me off and didn’t attempt to call me back. I’ve been waiting for over a week. @VirginMediaCC, I was sold a pup😡

  • AdamJimenezUK Adam Jimenez (@AdamJimenezUK) reported

.@virginmedia my internet is down, I called up and received an automated message saying that services are being upgraded in my area and that it will be back at 4pm. No prior warning whatsoever, how am I supposed to work with this?

  • AndyTijou Andy Tijou (@AndyTijou) reported

    2. How @virginmedia see's spending caps: This mug, I mean customer is running out of data, he's set a spending cap thinking that that's going to stop him running up a massive bill, but, Giles in legal wrote a brilliant bit in the small print meaning that the spending cap is...

  • RochieS7 S (@RochieS7) reported

@virginmedia Yes as usual known issue, won’t be fixed till 5.35pm? Hope people get a reduced bill.

  • NicoleFleming24 Nicole Fleming (@NicoleFleming24) reported

@virginmedia I hope you’re able to do something about mine and my fiancé’s loss of earnings today due to your services being down, AGAIN, preventing us from doing our jobs? @JamesDarlo

  • Stephen37663218 Stephen Curtis (@Stephen37663218) reported

@virginmedia Convenient that as soon as the chat works you disappear and it’s another 24 hours before I’m contacted. I’m afraid my horrible experience with you leaves me not believing a word you say. All you’ve done is wind me up and exasperate the situation. I’d be ashamed

  • AndyTijou Andy Tijou (@AndyTijou) reported

    3. Actually effective when his allowances are refreshed, this means that we can continue to charge him £3 a day for ten days without him realising, and make lots of money out of him! You may have covered your backsides @virginmedia but this is poor customer service!
