    @virginmedia 1hour waiting the first time and disconnected. This is the second time, still on the phone and waiting 55min. It is pretty much the whole day wasted trying to talk to customer services. Can you please help?

    @CloopR @virginmedia Just horrid. I had the same problem with Vodafone. In the end the only way I resolved it was a good friend was golfing buddies with the CEO otherwise I don’t think I’d have sorted it.

    @virginmedia Hi, I got through & they ran some tests & everything was fine(:-) but it was suggested that maybe there is some Network maintenance somewhere & that when it’s completed the Top Green Flashing light on the Router will go back to normal🤞🙏👍

    @CloopR @virginmedia Also had a huge issue with Together Energy who owed me £500 and wouldn’t pay it. Eventually contacted finance lady at Daily Mail who contacted them and I got my money. Will dig her details out if I can. She was very helpful.

    @virginmedia Hi I downloaded the latest Update for my Apple Phone & ever since then when i click on my Virginmedia Hub3 my phone says it’s connected to the network but has weak security I’ve never known it to say that before😱

    @virginmedia How on earth do you not have any information. Your entire network has been down since 12:05 Friday morning. Your phone lines are backlogged. Businesses with static IPs haven’t had internet for over 2 days. How are you this out of touch? No fix time, just “we’ll be in touch”.

    @virginmedia Apparently a P2 outage in N13 area of London. Went down 1/4 of the way through the Champ League final yesterday and isn't due to be fixed until 5pm today. Seems like a case of oversubscription on network capacity to me, but would love to know the BS reason VM give.

    @virginmedia the signals to the box had to be reset, but then it was made out my resetting the box fixed it, but after the box had been reset it was still not working, it was only 1/2 hour later when they re calibrated the signals did it work, so it was a fault at virgins end, so its ok atm
