@virginmedia Yes but the calls I have had have led to three engineere visits. The last engineer said there is nothing more he can do so I took to the forums 4 times and got a response but with no solution. The problem is virgins network not being able to handle the workload during lockdown

@virginmedia I have done that twice, and still haven't received anything. And it says it takes two weeks to mail out. I requested this 3 weeks ago. I leave in just days, so cannot wait an additional 2 weeks. HELP!

@virginmedia No point it is an issue with your backend passing oauth access tokens to sky’s servers. You need to find someone on your infrastructure team to track down the issue.
