    The @virginmedia service I get is unreliable and over priced. I guess it’s a matter of switching, as when I call their Help Service the well-meaning scripted responses frustrate me.

    @virginmedia Why am I being snapped at and told my only solution is to pay extra a month for boosters when our problem isn’t the WiFi but the router randomly disconnecting and rebooting?!

    @virginmedia Says book an engineer, earliest appt is Tuesday , not sure what we do about work until then ? Problem seems to be with hub
