@virginmedia Every time when internet is gone, I check if there is any local outage using your website. Today it evolved to a new level. There is a internet yes but 0,5Mb speed. It is like this for hours. Tried to reset, restart. nothing changed.

@virginmedia Hi HS, what I am worried about is general degradation of customer service. It’s already impossible to reach @O2 prepandemic and Virgin Media customer service always treats customers with contempt. I guess we will see how helpful or easy it is to reach you guys when the time comes

@virginmedia You're threatening to charge me for non return of your router when you sent me the wrong packaging to return it, and you have an appointment to collect it from me next week. After failing to cancel my contract when I first gave notice so I had to pay extra. Thanks.
