@virginmedia your website will not let me into your account to do a speed test (our broad band is getting slower and slower). It won’t let me reset the password and instead gets stuck in a loop resetting the reset password- absolutely infuriating. Had this problem four years now!

@virginmedia disgusting customer service. On hold for 20 minutes for someone to answer and say they need to transfer me..on hold for a further 28 minutes for someone to answer, ask my name and hang up! Rang back for an automated service to say you're too busy to talk to me 😡

@virginmedia we are having severe broadband issues in Darlington area this weekend. I'm in DL3 9 area. Other postcodes DL1 as well having issues. Logged with faults and advised it would be sorted 10.10pm yesterday. STILL off this morning and no texts. Please advise.

@virginmedia 4 hours on a text support case for my broadband. Told I'd reached the max devices for WiFi on my superhub 3 at 10 (supports 20+), and told to request a booster using the Connect app at £3/month (which MAY resolve nothing) before the case abruptly ended. I'm FUMING!
